- Lead the planning and delivery of integrated internal communication strategies for 11,000+ employees of HDFC ERGO.
- Conceptualise and execute internal communication campaigns for cross-functional teams, including but not limited to teaser launches, roll-out plans, sustainment creatives, employee engagement initiatives, contests etc
- Manage end?to?end partners’ communication for HDFC ERGO employees, engaging with partners and other stakeholders as when required.
- Build content for internal platforms including the intranet and other digital platforms for employees.
- Drive the conceptualisation, editorial planning, design direction, and production of the company newsletter, departmental newsletters, employee manuals, and internal knowledge resources.
- Lead the development and execution of the organisation’s annual report from concept to completion, including theme development, content structure, stakeholder coordination, agency briefing, design supervision, proofing, and production.
- Plan and coordinate corporate photo shoots,



leadership portraits, and visual asset creation, including conducting site recces, supervising shoots, and maintaining updated image libraries of senior management etc
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all internal communication outputs in line with brand and corporate guidelines.
- Provide strategic communication support for special organisational initiatives, transformation projects, leadership announcements, and business-critical internal roll-outs
- Coordinate daily with the internal and external creative teams, including preparing and delivering transparent briefs, aligning on expectations, reviewing outputs, and ensuring delivery within agreed timeline
- Develop monthly communication reports and campaign-specific performance reports, tracking reach, engagement, effectiveness, and key outcomes.
