Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned HR Head to lead the Human Resources function for our corporate office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, statutory compliance, payroll, industrial relations, and team management. The role also involves overseeing administration, security,



housekeeping, canteen operations, and EHS (Setting, Health & Safety) of the premises. Prior experience in handling labour-intensive operations and union management in a corporate & manufacturing environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead recruitment across all levels – staff, workers, and contract employees.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast and plan manpower requirements.
Streamline onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
2. Contract Labour & Compliance Management
Manage engagement, documentation, and onboarding of contractors.
Conduct monthly contractor audits and ensure statutory compliance.
Maintain statutory registers and file returns under applicable laws.
3. Payroll & Attendance Management
Oversee accurate payroll processing using SAP or ERP tools.
