Job description

The Team
We're seeking an experienced Oracle ERP R12 Finance Support Analyst (Techno-Functional) to provide application support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement services for Oracle Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Revenue Recognition, and Cost Management within a complex global ERP environment.




This role requires a robust combination of functional finance expertise and technical Oracle application knowledge to support critical financial operations, revenue accounting processes, costing and inventory-related transactions, month-end and year-end close activities, reconciliations, compliance reporting, and audit requirements. The position will be responsible for resolving production issues, performing data analysis using SQL and PL/SQL, supporting and maintaining reports, interfaces, APIs, workflows, and customizations, while ensuring data integrity across integrated financial systems.
The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Shared Services, Internal Audit, and IT teams to manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, support testing and deployments, implement system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring stable ERP operation
