Job Purpose: Business Development Executive is responsible for researching, generating leads and shadowing recent business lead for the growth of the business. Promote company’s business to prospective
clients; Represent the organization in key external business relationships with major clients.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of compliance sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve sales targets and objectives. This involves setting clear expectations, fostering a positive team culture, and empowering team members to excel in their roles.
- Compliance Expertise: Thorough understanding of compliance regulations, industry standards, and best practices relevant to the company's compliance management solutions. This includes staying updated on regulatory changes, emerging trends,
and new technologies in compliance to provide informed recommendations to clients and support the sales team.
- Client Relationship Management: Exceptional relationship-building skills to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. This includes understanding clients' needs, addressing concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional compliance services.
- Strategic Partnerships: Experience in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with third-party vendors, consultants, and industry associations to enhance the company's offerings and expand its market reach in compliance
