Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a capable Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust software solutions. This role emphasizes strong backend development with Python, collaboration with front-end teams as needed, and close cooperation with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing applications. The ideal candidate will contribute to architectural decisions, drive feature delivery, and support modern delivery practices to enable business growth and digital transformation.

Software Requirements

Required Skills (Essential)
- Proficiency in Python 3.x for backend development, data processing, and automation
- Experience with one or more Python web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) and REST API development
- Robust understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Solid knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
- A minimum of 3years of experience in technology leadership and software development




- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure (at least foundational familiarity)
- Experience with relational databases and SQL data modeling (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Version control experience with Git; collaboration platforms (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

Preferred Skills
- Experience with NoSQL databases and data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling
- Exposure to data visualization, testing frameworks, or front-end integration
- Certifications in Python development or cloud platforms

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and services aligned with business requirements
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
