Job Summary

The Sales / Business Coordinator will support the Sales and Business Development team by managing client communication, coordinating sales projects, preparing reports and dashboards, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day sales operations. The role acts as a key link between clients, the sales team, and internal departments to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily coordination and administrative support for the sales and business development team.
- Manage client communication, follow-ups, and ongoing coordination with customers.
- Prepare, update, and maintain sales MIS, trackers, reports, and presentations.
- Create and manage dashboards in Power BI and Excel for sales tracking and analysis.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and invoices.
- Track orders, deliveries, payments, and customer-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer and sales records in CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Accounts, Operations,



and Logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Support lead management and business development activities.
- Ensure timely communication and effective resolution of internal and customer queries.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent experience in dashboard creation using Power BI and Excel.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, or B. Tech.

Experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales
