Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Marketing Manager. The profile will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our metaverse project, MaAvatar, across platforms. Managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing,



or advertising
- Good knowledge of Web 3.0 technologies, Metaverse, NFTs, and Cryptocurrencies
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, conduct market research, and analyse data to improve campaign performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, and work under tight deadlines
- Proven track record in managing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver marketing projects on time and within budget
- Good analytical skills, ability to measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Ability to design and manage events, meetups, and webinars in Discord and other relevant platforms.
