Key Responsibilities:

● Client Relationship Management: ○ Keep clients informed about key business updates, relevant offerings, and wealth management tips. ○ Respond to client queries and requests with a helpful and solution-oriented approach and timely follow-ups.

● Communication & Engagement:Develop and distribute content for clients, including newsletters, event invitations,



and tailored communications. ○ Leverage the power of technology and AI to develop vernacular content, ensuring our communication reaches maximum audience and enhances brand penetration. ○ Design and implement engaging WhatsApp communication strategies to maintain a steady connection with clients. ○ Handle occasion-based communication such as birthdays, anniversaries, and other special milestones.

● Business & Partner Relations: ○ Foster solid, professional relationships with business partners to facilitate growth opportunities. ○ Support partner communications, including updates on business highlights, financial markets, global events and other relevant news. ○ Collaborate with internal teams to create content for external communications.
