Job Title: Performance & E-commerce Manager

Reporting To: Business Head / Chief Marketing Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business across multiple digital channels. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, driving online sales, optimizing customer acquisition and retention strategies, overseeing social media and performance marketing initiatives, and enhancing customer engagethrough CRM programs.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of digital commerce, online customer behavior, marketing analytics, marketplace operations, and lifecycle marketing.

Key Responsibilities E-commerce Operations

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across the brand website, marketplaces, and omnichannel platforms.

• Ensure product catalog accuracy, pricing consistency, inventory synchronization, and order fulfillment efficiency.

• Coordinate with merchandising, supply chain, warehouse, IT,



and customer support teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Monitor website performance, user experience, conversion rates, and checkout processes.

• Manage marketplace listings, promotions, inventory health, and seller performance metrics.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Manage customer acquisition strategies while maintaining target ROAS, CAC, and conversion metrics.

• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.

• Manage media budgets and allocate spends effectively across channels.

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
