This role involves supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the performance management framework, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors Performance module. The consultant is involved in analyzing performance data, providing insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve desired objectives of the performance enablement process.
