About the brand – Diner Download is a multi-disciplinary gourmet F&B; brand with four verticals – Virtual Restaurants, Dine-In Restaurants, QSR & Retail, Private Catering.
Offered Salary – 25,000 to 40,000 in-hand depending on experience.
Desired candidate’s experience – 7-12 years of proven experience with premium and gourmet Indian restaurants, café or QSRs, cloud kitchen brands. Currently based in Delhi-NCR.
Desired candidate’s academic qualification – Graduate or Post-Graduate Degree from any reputed institute.

1- Able to create daily monthly and annual purchasing plan.
2- Able to implement special SOP procedure to the purchasing process and agreement with suppliers.
3- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation
4- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, and timelines.
5- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes
6- Able to manage and optimize purchasing activities and processes
Job qualification:
- Minimum 7-12 years’ experience in F&B; sector specifically in fine dining restaurants, cloud kitchen, rapid food, and chain restaurant companies with multiple branches.
- Should have recent and relevant experience in the restaurant business/cloud kitchen/QSR/fast food sector.
- Has direct experience in purchasing food items and ingredients.
- Experience with using software related to purchasing.
- Has good knowledge experience with purchasing the food packing equipment.
- General knowledge of the financial documents process
- An outstanding Purchasing Manager should have excellent leadership abilities and be able to negotiate the best possible deals with suppliers.
- Degree in business administration or a related field
