Hiring Immediately Centre Head for a Preschool Located in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the preschool centre
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
Lead, supervise, and support teaching and non-teaching staff
Manage admissions, parent communication, and student records
Monitor curriculum implementation and classroom quality
Organize staff training, events, and parent meetings
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and education standards
Handle budgeting, inventory, and administrative responsibilities
Build solid relationships with parents and the local community
Drive enrolment growth and overall centre performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education / Early Childhood Education / Child Development




- Montessori or ECCEd certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer and administrative skills

Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in preschool teaching or administration
- Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Experience in parent handling and team management is an advantage

Note:

School Timings: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Salary Offered: 10% to 15% hike on current salary (upto 55k)

Transportation provided within 25kms of school
