The School Director plays a critical role in the leadership, development and support of school. This position will provide direction and oversight contributing to the building of systems and supports that
increase student achievement across schools. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in data driven processes and interventions and will have made significant contributions in their current leadership roles. Experience engaging in collaborative efforts that have resulted in significant progress and school change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the strategic plan, executing revenue generation planned activities.
- Ensuring activities are executed in their respective schools as per the National calendar.
- Execution of communication protocol and contributing actively towards the improving relationship between the company & the BPs in their respective schools
- Leading and active participation in developing and maintaining business relationships with the BPs of their respective schools. Ensuring satisfaction from each BP/School.
- Ensuring on-time execution, effective monitoring, reporting and review of their respective schools.
Skills and Qualities:
- Experience range of 6-12 years’ experience working with a K-12 School (preferably CBSE, ICSE) with minimum 5 years in Secondary/Sr Secondary Section as teacher/Section Head/Coordinator
- Willingness to travel at least 12-15 days in a month.
- Experience in Academics and Administration aligned with statutory regulations for schools.
- Should be Child centric with extensive Domain knowledge.
- Strong in Ethics, Teamwork, Empathy & Leadership.
