As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, budget management, vendor relationships, process improvement, and campaign management within our marketing department. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, streamline workflows, and ensure productive allocation of resources. Key Responsibilities:
- Budget & Spend Management:
- Analyze, forecast, allocate, and track marketing budgets.
- Develop and maintain real-time reports to monitor spending against goals and KPIs.
- Conduct spend reconciliation against purchase orders and invoices.
- Vendor Management:
- Research, engage, and negotiate with external vendors.
- Maintain vendor contracts, ensuring operational, technical, and financial compliance.
- Track vendor performance and manage relationships effectively.
- Process Improvement & Workflow Management:
- Map, analyze, and enhance departmental procedures for efficiency.




- Implement and manage changes in processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Develop and maintain business continuity plans.
- Performance Reporting & Analysis:
- Utilize business intelligence tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, Microsoft CRM) to gather insights.
- Prepare and present findings to leadership for performance review and optimization.
- Collaborate with teams to implement improvements based on data analysis.
- Campaign Development & Management:
- Research, strategize, and plan marketing campaigns.
- Oversee campaign creation, implementation, and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign spend against KPIs to assess ROI and optimize strategies.

- Produce SEO-optimized content for various platforms, including blogs, job board postings, ads, and web pages.
