Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the MIS & Planning function, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of business performance to management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and strategic planning models to support decision-making.
- Analyze financial and operational data, highlight variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner with business heads to drive efficiency, cost control, and profitability initiatives.
- Implement systems and processes to strengthen data accuracy, transparency, and governance.
- Manage and mentor the MIS team to achieve departmental objectives.
