Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and fabrication drawings based on engineering specifications and client requirements. The candidate will work closely with design, production, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely preparation of drawings for manufacturing and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting & Design:
- Prepare detailed fabrication drawings, GA drawings, assembly drawings, and layout drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D drawings as per project requirements.
- Convert conceptual designs into technical drawings.
- Modify existing drawings based on design revisions and client comments.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) as per drawings.

Software Handling:
- Work on drafting software such as:
- AutoCAD
- SolidWorks
- Inventor
- Creo
- Any other relevant CAD software

Documentation:
- Maintain drawing records and revision history.
- Ensure proper documentation of design changes.
- Coordinate drawing approvals with internal departments.

Coordination:
- Coordinate with design engineers,



production teams, and project managers.
- Support shop floor teams by clarifying technical drawings when required.
- Ensure drawings are released as per project timelines.

Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure drawings comply with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Verify dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications before release.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Drafting / Design Engineering

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of AutoCAD and drafting principles
- Knowledge of fabrication drawings
- Understanding of engineering standards
- Ability to read technical specifications
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Good coordination and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with experience in drafting for the following products will be preferred:
- Pressure Vessels
- Heat Exchangers
- Storage Tanks
