Position Overview: The Institutional Sales BDM will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our compliance services to banks and their branch networks. This role requires a deep understanding of the banking industry, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to articulate the value of compliance solutions to a diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate the banking sector and increase market share.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in banks, including compliance officers and branch managers.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to tailor compliance service offerings that meet specific requirements.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our compliance services and the regulatory landscape to effectively communicate perks and solutions.
Presentations and Demos:
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders, showcasing the value of our compliance solutions.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and service agreements, tailored to the needs of each bank.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align service offerings with market demands.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new sales opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
