What would you be doing?
Design, write and deliver software to improve the availability, scalability, latency,
and efficiency of bigbasket's both internally critical and our externally visible services.
Solve problems relating to mission critical services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence.
Influence and create recent designs, architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems.
Engage in service capacity planning and forecasting, software performance analysis and system tuning.
Have in mind the big picture of how systems are related to each other and use a breadth of tools and approaches to solve a broad spectrum of problems.
Practicing processes like limiting time spent on operational work, blameless post-mortems, and proactive identification of potential outages.
What are we looking for?
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
Experience coding in one or more of the following programming languages : Java, Python and/or Go Lang.
