Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with solid technical expertise to support the implementation of SymphonyAI SCPO solutions for global retail customers.

This is a customer-facing role focused on US retailer rollout support, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and implementation teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across enterprise application development, integrations, middleware,



databases, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to lead technical workshops, define solution architecture, and support successful implementation and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Discovery & Solution Design :

Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with customers to understand current system landscapes, integration needs, and technical requirements.
Design scalable and secure technical solutions aligned with SymphonyAI SCPO capabilities and customer business objectives.
Define architecture, data flows, integration patterns, and deployment approaches for implementation programs.

Integration & Technical Implementation

Support end-to-end integration efforts across enterprise systems, planning platforms, ERP systems, and third-party applications.
Configure and support REST APIs, middleware, messaging systems, and data integration pipelines.
