The Insurance Back office Executive will be responsible for providing crucial support to our insurance operations, ensuring smooth and efficient back-office functions.

Responsibilities:

Process insurance policies accurately and efficiently, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
Assist with claims processing, verifying information, and ensuring timely resolution.
Provide administrative support to underwriters, including policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
Maintain and update databases with policyholder information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Manage incoming correspondence and communications, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
Collaborate with various teams within the organization to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies,



keeping abreast of industry changes and updates.
Support quality assurance initiatives, participating in audits and identifying areas for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis related to insurance operations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance operations, preferably in a back-office role.
- Robust understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
