About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional to drive new business opportunities and expand our corporate client base. The ideal candidate should have a passion for events, robust networking skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, Marketing teams, Procurement, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative and operations teams to develop compelling event concepts and proposals.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, costing, and pitch documents.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.




- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums to generate leads.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Business Development within the Event Management, Experiential Marketing, MICE, or Advertising industry.
- Proven track record of acquiring new corporate clients.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
