Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist with end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, job portals, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with onboarding and documentation of new employees.
Support the HR team with employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate hiring data.

Assist with day-to-day HR operations as required.
