We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative coordination. The role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
_ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
_ Communicate with shortlisted candidates and share interview updates and confirmation details.
_ Coordinate joining formalities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new professionals and associates.
HR Operations & Compliance
_ Maintain and update records in the HRMS system with accuracy and confidentiality.
_ Ensure proper documentation and data management for all professionals and associates.
_ Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance-related activities.
_ Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and routine HR operations.
Exit Management
_ Handle resignation formalities, clearance processes, and exit documentation.
Conduct exit interviews and coordinate smooth transition and handover procedures.
_ Maintain records related to discontinuation and final settlements.
Employee Engagement & Administration
_ Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, office events, and festive celebrations.
_ Support internal communication and workplace culture initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams for administrative and day-to-day office requirements.
