We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic junior tender executive to support our tendering and bid management process. This role is ideal for candidates who have foundational knowledge of government and private tenders and are eager to build a career in tender management.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze government and private tender notifications from various procurement portals.
Study tender documents to understand scope of work, eligibility criteria, submission timelines, and compliance requirements.
Verify eligibility criteria and prepare internal compliance checklists before bid submission.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents for tender submissions.
Scrutinize client documents including registrations, certificates, financial statements, and statutory documents for completeness and compliance.
Review corrigendums, amendments,
and clarifications issued by tender authorities and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in preparing bid documentation, annexures, declarations, and compliance statements.
Maintain accurate documentation of all tender-related files, submissions, approvals, and correspondence.
Support preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and ensure all required forms are correctly completed.
Track EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), bid security, and submission deadlines.
Prepare daily and weekly tender status reports for management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of bids.
Maintain confidentiality of tender documents and company information.
Continuously monitor current tender opportunities relevant to the organization's services.
