Pioneer Media Labs is looking for a B2B Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to help us connect with businesses seeking digital transformation through websites, branding, digital marketing, AI solutions, and custom software development.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to business owners, CXOs, and decision-makers.
- Introduce Pioneer Media Labs' services and understand client requirements.
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Generate high-quality B2B leads for our sales team.
- Schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.




- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to achieve monthly lead generation targets.
- Represent Pioneer Media Labs professionally in every customer interaction.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and senior professionals.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in B2B telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or customer support is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
