Role overview: We are looking for a Editorial Lead to own how the company shows up in India and Southeast Asia with founders, operators, media, and the broader technology and investing ecosystem. senior individual contributor role today, with the potential to build and manage a small (1–2 person) ops team over time. Key Responsibilities: 1. Editorial & Content Leadership You will be the editorial brain of the firm in the region. • Own the firm’s business content and thought leadership agenda, including firm narratives and broader ecosystem storytelling. • Define and run a unified editorial strategy across formats such as essays, op-eds, long-form pieces, newsletters, reports, founder stories, social content, podcasts, events and other experiments. • Write and edit content on founders, technology, markets and AI for a sophisticated audience. • Maintain a very high editorial bar that is substance-first, medium-agnostic, with a consistent and credible voice. • Build and manage a small network of writers, editors, designers and agencies to scale output without diluting quality. 2.
