About this role:
In HR IT Operations Excellence team, Operations Lead oversees the technology systems and processes that facilitate human resources operations. This pivotal role involves managing the implementation, upkeep, and enhancement of HR IT applications and infrastructure crucial for diverse HR functions such as employee data management, payroll, perks administration, and recruitment.
The HR IT Operations Lead collaborates closely with HR teams, IT professionals, and external vendors to ensure alignment with organizational requirements, regulatory compliance, and optimal functionality. They are responsible for providing technical support, resolving issues,
and spearheading initiatives aimed at refining HR technology solutions to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and elevate the overall employee experience. Moreover, they may oversee aspects of data security, access controls, and adherence to data privacy regulations.
