Key responsibilities:
The incumbent shall be responsible for the following areas under Trade Marketing and Activation, to drive the overall Business Objective:
Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Plan, develop, and execute trade marketing initiatives to drive sales growth, market penetration, and brand visibility across channels.
- Ensure effective deployment and monitoring of primary and secondary trade schemes,
maximizing reach, compliance, and return on investment.
- Design and implement trade engagement programs that strengthen partner relationships and increase focus on the company's product portfolio.
In-Store Excellence & Visibility
- Drive superior in-store execution through effective merchandising, visibility programs, and point-of-sale activation initiatives.
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines and promotional activities across all trade touchpoints.
- Monitor execution quality and take corrective actions to improve retail effectiveness and shopper experience.
Program Store Management
- Lead the expansion of program stores in line with business growth objectives.
- Ensure efficient execution and operational excellence across program stores.
- Monitor and improve store productivity, weighted availability, and WOA (Width of Assortment/Availability) metrics to enhance business performance.
