Job Description Architect or Interior Designer (0–3 Years Experience)
/n Shilpshala is looking for a creative and motivated Architect or Interior Designer to work on commercial interior design projects. This position is suitable for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of experience who have strong presentation abilities and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically engaging spaces.
/n The ideal candidate should be capable of developing design concepts, preparing presentations, and creating compelling 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and project teams.
/n Key Responsibilities
/n /n Design and develop commercial interior projects from concept to execution.
/n Prepare client presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and design proposals.
/n Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations.
/n Develop space planning layouts and detailed interior design drawings.
/n Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors.




/n Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
/n Research materials, finishes, furniture, and innovative interior solutions.
/n Support project execution while maintaining design quality and project objectives.
/n /n Qualifications
/n /n Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
/n 0–3 years of experience in interior design (freshers are welcome to apply).
/n Experience or strong interest in commercial interior projects.
/n Excellent presentation and visual communication skills.
/n Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or similar visualization software.
/n Ability to create convincing 3D views and renderings.
/n Solid design sensibility, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
/n Interest in sustainable and thoughtful design solutions.
