Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and high-potential Business Development Specialist who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems, and wants to build a career in B2B SaaS sales. If you're motivated by learning, ownership, and growth, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify current sales opportunities for the Account Executive team.
• Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Identify, engage, and qualify potential leads.
• Schedule and coordinate product demos for prospects.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Handle objections confidently and drive conversations forward.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and outreach.
Requirements:
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development (B2B SaaS / EdTech / FinTech preferred).
• Experience with cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to US market clients is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Eagerness to build a long-term career in SaaS sales.
