Position Overview : We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Head Sales to lead and drive revenue growth across Pune This role will be responsible for developing regional sales strategies, managing key client relationships, leading high-performing sales teams, and expanding market presence in the managed office space segment.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets across all centers. Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve high performance.
Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability.
Foster a solid sales culture focused on results, collaboration,



and customer success. Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Drive enterprise sales, bulk deals, and long-term leasing opportunities.
Represent the organization in industry events, networking forums, and business communities.
Client Relationship Management :
Oversee key account management and handle high-value negotiations and closures.
Address escalations and ensure seamless client experience.
Market Intelligence & Expansion:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Support expansion planning including new center launches in the region.
Work closely with marketing for lead generation and brand positioning.
Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health.
