transition to sustainable last-mile delivery through electric vehicles, trained drivers, and

smart fleet technology. As we expand across India, we are building a robust franchisee

partner network to scale EV fleet operations.

Role Overview

BLive is seeking a Franchisee Business Development Manager - FOFO Model to drive the expansion

of our franchisee network. The role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding

entrepreneurs and partners who will operate EV fleets under the BLive franchise model.

The ideal candidate will have experience in franchisee expansion, dealer development, or

channel sales, preferably in the automobile or EV industry, and possess strong commercial

and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive franchisee network expansion by identifying and onboarding new partners

across target markets.





• Present and explain the BLive franchisee business model to prospective partners

and investors.

• Build and manage a pipeline of franchisee prospects through outreach, networking,

and referrals.

• Conduct business presentations and meetings with potential franchise partners.

• Explain investment structure, ROI, revenue potential, and operational model to

prospects.

• Evaluate partner suitability and ensure alignment with BLive's growth strategy.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and launch.

Develop strong long-term relationships with franchise partners.

Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in franchise expansion, dealer network development,

or channel sales.

• Experience in automobile, EV, mobility, or logistics sector preferred.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to clearly explain commercials, ROI, and business met
