Lush Textiles Private Limited is looking for a Sales Assistant in house( No field Job) to support our sales team in managing customer enquiries, quotations, order coordination, follow-ups and day-to-day sales activities.

The candidate will work closely with customers, the sales team, warehouse and management to ensure smooth handling of enquiries and orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements related to fabrics and apparel products.
- Share fabric details, availability, prices, images and samples with customers.
- Prepare and send quotations and price offers.
- Follow up with customers on quotations and pending enquiries.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Coordinate fabric samples and swatches with customers.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/team regarding stock availability and dispatches.
- Follow up on orders from confirmation to dispatch.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, orders and customer details.




- Update the sales team and management regarding important enquiries and pending follow-ups.
- Assist the sales team in converting enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with accounts regarding payments, invoices and outstanding amounts whenever required.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and assist in generating repeat business.
- Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative and coordination work.

Ideal Candidate
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Good WhatsApp and email communication skills.
- Should be organised and good at follow-ups.
- Should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Should be able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Experience in textile, fabric, apparel, garment or B2B sales will be an advantage.
