/n This role exists to ensure that each team of inside sales associates operates with discipline, urgency, and intent — delivering consistent conversion outcomes while maintaining a strong customer experience.
/n If the Associate Team Lead is robust, the team converts consistently.
/n If the Associate Team Lead is weak, lead leakage, poor follow-ups, and low energy quickly impact revenue.
/n Your mandate is clear
/n /n Own the performance of your inside sales team end-to-end
/n Drive daily conversions, follow-ups,



and revenue outcomes
/n Coach and improve call quality, pitching, and objection handling
/n Maintain high energy, motivation, and discipline on the floor
/n Ensure zero lead leakage and strong CRM hygiene
/n Build a team that consistently meets and exceeds targets
