Position Title Manager- ETP RO MEE RKI Level Middle Management Reporting To Site Setting Head Position Purpose

This role will be primarily responsible towards driving efficient waste treatment at the site through operation and maintenance of ETP RO MEE and RKI Strategic Responsibilities Efficiently and cost effective operation of ETP RO MEE RKI Formulate cost saving strategies for reducing waste disposal costs Implement new environmental initiatives in plant Operational Responsibilities Assist Site Environment Head in fulfilment of Operational and legal requirements in the plant Operation and maintenance of ETP RO MEE RKI Ensure optimum performance and output from the operations waste treatment plant Ensuring routine monitoring of stage-wise lead and lag indicators all unit operations of waste treatment facilities Ensuring ETP outlet parameters within discharge norms Working in close coordination with other team members towards best results from waste treatment facilities Supervise the jobs related all equipment and monitor their performance for optimum and safe operations Communication with superiors and carry out field actions accordingly Maintaining proper housekeeping in the plant area Trouble shooting and increasing the performance of Waste treatment equipment Implementation of management systems related to HSE in the function Hazardous waste management to meet the compliance requirement Compliance to procedures and Work Instructions Monthly tracking of waste treatment cost and preparation of MIS Ensuring plant operation cost within approved budget Implement the cost saving initiatives in the areas of ETP RO MEE RKI Implementation of all requirement related to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 in plant Ensuring timely receiving of waste effluent from manufacturing blocks for smooth production without any downtime Financial Responsibilities Monthly tracking of waste treatment
