Job Description
- 8+ years of experience in Synon development.
- Strong programming skills in RPGLE and CLLE.
- Experience with DB2/400 and SQL on IBMi.
- Experience with RxClaim is must.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in complex systems.
- Experience in creating technical documentation and unit test plans.
- Exposure to change management tools (e.g., TurnOver, Aldon) is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team setting.
