We are seeking an experienced user research operations professional to join our Global Customer Insights team. As a Sr. Research Operations specialist in GREF,
you will drive operational excellence across our global research initiatives. This role will be instrumental in scaling our research capabilities, managing participant recruitment for APAC and EMEA regions, and building an engaged research community that enables rapid customer feedback.

Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end participant recruitment and logistics support for APAC and EMEA-based research projects
- Conduct detailed Level of Effort (LoE) assessments to evaluate recruitment complexity, timeline requirements for incoming APAC and EMEA-based project requests
- Ensure consistent, qualified participant communication that represents both GREF and Customer Insigh
