Company MMC Corporate Description Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the below mentioned position based in Gurgaon or Mumbai India Designation Senior Manager - Business Resiliency What can you expect The MMC Business Resiliency Management and Crisis Management Program coordinates activities necessary to build sustain and improve our preparedness and response capabilities to threats or actual adverse events that could affect the Marsh McLennan Companies MMC such as natural disasters manmade disruptions or other significant incidents This role will be required support the MMC Business Resiliency Management team India and the Global BRM center to develop and manage business resiliency and crisis management policies and programs What is in it for you Holidays As Per the location Shared Transport Provided the address falls in service zone We will count on you to Coordinates and participates in the development implementation and maintenance of Business Resiliency Plans policies and procedures across all assigned business units Participates in strategic planning sessions throughout all levels of the corporation to ensure that viable recovery plans are created and effective Acts as content manager and owns Change Control processes and development for BRM Bulletins Coordination planning and incident management across assigned locations Conducts site visits walkthrough exercises and tests and the monitoring and reporting on compliance for all operations at a particular location Monitors account management systems removing accounts that have been deactivated Assists with data management processes and reconciliations of location table against Everbridge ENS system Creates communications for upcoming version releases Develops reports regarding the effectiveness of tests and exercises of the Business Resiliency Plan at locations within the region Supports development implementation and deployment of tools and processes for the MMC Preparedness program What you need to have
