* This role will be part of the Digital function and is responsible for the industrialization of AI platforms, creating a robust, automated, and resilient ecosystem for our AI services. *

* The successful candidate shall establish team goals by evaluating, identifying & understanding the business strategy and technical trends as well. He/she shall accomplish the team results/performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, coaching and leading the team in the right direction. *

Qualification & Experience:

* * Graduate/Post Graduate with overall 15+ years of experience, 3+ years in Technical Project/Product Management in AI, Analytics, Automation & Software Engineering *

* * Proficiency in Product Management, Project Management,



and driving improvement processes *

* * Proven track record of managing direct reports and leading high-stakes cross-functional teams *

* * Significant experience dedicated to AI/ML-powered products, with a deep understanding of machine learning concepts, models, and development cycles *

* * In-depth knowledge and practical experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (S3, EC2, SageMaker, etc.) and GCP (Vertex, Gemini LLM etc.) *

* * Understanding the ethical considerations of AI, including fairness, accountability, transparency (XAI - Explainable AI), privacy, and security *

* * Awareness of relevant regulations and compliance standards for AI products *

* * Ability to work and communicate in a multicultural workplace *

* * Risk based approach, creative and Innovative thinking *

* * Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and prese
