Role Summary

The Manager - Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for building and managing high-impact partnerships with government departments, state skill missions, CSR foundations, educational institutions, industry associations, training providers, and ecosystem stakeholders. The role will drive strategic collaborations that support candidate mobilization, skilling programs, international workforce deployment, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities





• Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives. • Build and manage relationships with Government Departments, State Skill Development Missions, NSDC ecosystem partners, embassies, industry associations, and international workforce stakeholders. • Identify and secure partnerships with CSR foundations, philanthropic organizations, training institutions, universities, nursing colleges, ITIs, and skill centers. • Lead discussions, negotiations, and closure of partnership agreements, MoUs, and collaboration frameworks. • Create recent sourcing channels for international workforce mobility programs. • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement large-scale skilling and placement initiatives. • Represent Magic Billion at conferences, government forums, industry events, and stakeholder meetings. • Develop partnership proposals, concept notes, presentations, and busines
