Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven B2B Head / Senior Manager –

Corporate Training Sales to lead and scale our Enterprise Learning business. The ideal

candidate must have a robust background in Corporate Training Sales within the EdTech

industry and a proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise clients.

The role involves driving corporate partnerships, generating enterprise revenue, leading

strategic sales initiatives, and building long-term relationships with CXOs and Learning &

Development leaders.

Key Responsibilities -

Business Development

● Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for corporate training and workforce upskilling

solutions.

● Acquire new enterprise clients across IT, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail,

Consulting, Telecom, and other industries.

● Build and manage a robust enterprise sales pipeline through strategic prospecting,

networking, referrals, events, and partnerships.

● Engage with CXOs, CHROs, CTOs, CIOs, Heads of L&D;, HR Leaders, and Business





Unit Heads to understand organizational learning needs.

● Design and present customized learning solutions aligned with business objectives.

Revenue & Growth

● Own and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

● Drive large-value enterprise deals and long-term corporate training partnerships.

● Expand existing client accounts through cross-selling and upselling.

● Develop strategic account plans to maximize client lifetime value.

Client Relationship Management

● Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients.

● Collaborate with internal delivery and academic teams to ensure seamless execution of

training engagements.

● Ensure high customer satisfaction, renewals, and repeat business.

● Position Intellipaat as a trusted enterprise learning partner.

Sales Strategy & Leadership

● Develop and execute scalable B2B sales strategies for corporate training.
