This leader will oversee recruiting managers, team leads, and delivery operations with direct accountability for achieving hiring goals for all MSP programs. The ideal candidate is currently operating in a comparable delivery leadership role today, with demonstrated success managing large-scale recruiting teams, high-volume production expectations, MSP/VMS delivery requirements, and executive-level performance accountability.
