This is a high-impact role where you will oversee end-to-end import/export processes, ensure regulatory compliance, manage logistics partners, and drive cost optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Import & Export Operations Manage end-to-end international trade documentation and procedures Coordinate with freight forwarders,



shipping lines, CHA, and transporters Ensure timely customs clearance of inbound and outbound shipments Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays Compliance & Documentation Ensure full compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations Prepare and verify key documents: Commercial Invoice Packing List Bill of Lading / Airway Bill Shipping Bill Letter of Credit (LC) documentation Bill of Entry Certificate of Origin Stay current with DGFT, GST, and related regulatory requirements Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with international suppliers and customers Negotiate freight rates and shipping terms Coordinate with finance for duty calculations and LC handling Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams Cost Control & Reporting Monitor freight costs, duties, and overall shipment expenses Optimize shipping routes and logistics strategies Prepare MIS reports and track
