Role: Business Management / Business Analyst

Location: Chennai / Bangalore

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Business Management skilled with a strong background in Capital Markets to support transformation initiatives within financial services clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience in trade lifecycle management and liquidity risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze,



and document business requirements for capital markets and liquidity risk initiatives.
- Support the design and implementation of solutions related to intraday liquidity risk and trade settlement processes.
- Analyze end-to-end trade lifecycle workflows, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Work closely with technology and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of SWIFT-based messaging systems in settlement processes.
- Develop and execute complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis to support business decisions.
- Produce high-quality functional documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data mapping documents.
- Participate in testing activities (UAT/SIT), ensuring solution alignment with business requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis and domain expertise.
