We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who thrives on chaos-turned-into-checklists: someone equally comfortable briefing a photoshoot, chasing an influencer shipment, and making sure a website banner goes live on time. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING

Social Media & Content

• Team up with our creative squad to build monthly content calendars that don't feel like homework.

• Schedule and publish content across all our brand social platforms.

• Help plan and curate content across multiple brands under one roof.

• Keep digital campaigns and content drops running on time, every time.

PR & Influencer Marketing

• Coordinate with our PR agency on celebrity and influencer product sourcing.





• Run gifting initiatives for influencers, celebrities, and media — the fun kind of logistics.

• Support content creation for blogs, magazines, and editorial features.

• Track and manage inventory of marketing samples like a pro.

• Build and maintain our influencer and agency databases.

Online Reputation

• Own and update Google Business Profiles across all retail stores.

• Monitor reviews and ratings, and make sure responses go out on time.

• Handle setup and verification of new business listings.

Ecommerce & Website

• Be the go-to link between the Creative and Ecommerce teams — banners, product names, campaign details, and creatives land on time, no chasing required.

Events & Trade Marketing

• Help plan and run retail activations, pop-ups, and exhibitions.

• Sort venue, travel, accommodation, and logistics for dealer meets and trade shows.
