Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based requirements.
- Analyze client requisitions and identify suitable candidates within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening to assess candidates technical skills, experience, communication skills, and work authorization status.




- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer management.
- Maintain solid relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work on contract (W2, C2C) and full-time hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future positions.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, ATS updates, and documentation.
- Meet and exceed recruitment KPIs such as submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
