What would you do? We are seeking a Fraud Operations Team Leader with 7-10 years of experience in fraud operations and people management to lead a team of fraud analysts supporting alert monitoring, investigations, fraud claims,



and case resolution for US-based banking and fintech clients. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day queue performance, coaching analysts, maintaining quality and compliance standards, handling escalations, and driving operational excellence through workforce management, reporting, and continuous improvement
What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in fraud operations, fraud investigations, or financial crime operations, with prior team handling or people leadership experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of fraud workflows across ACH, wire, cards, P2P, RTP, digital banking, and fraud claims or dispute processes.
• Working knowledge of fraud typologies, investigation practices, quality standards, and risk-based decisioning in US payments fraud operations.
