Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in South Delhi, responsible for driving growth and expanding SanSol’s client base. This role includes identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle,



and building long-term relationships with clients in relevant industries. The Business Development Manager will prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that clearly communicate SanSol’s IT service offerings and value proposition. Daily activities involve collaborating with internal technical teams, conducting market research, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and meeting defined revenue and growth targets. The role also includes regular reporting on sales performance and contributing to strategic planning for new service offerings and market segments.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closure.
- Experience in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication.
