We are building an in-house sales and closures capability for premium residential real estate in Bengaluru.

The Role

You will personally own qualified buyers from the site-visit handover through booking and the initial collection milestone.

This is a frontline revenue role. You will meet buyers, understand their requirements, conduct project consultations and site visits, position the right inventory, manage objections, negotiate and drive the transaction to closure.

Consistent performance can lead to ownership of a larger project sales pod.

Key Responsibilities
- Review buyer requirements, qualification details and interaction history before every site visit.
- Connect with scheduled buyers before their visit and establish yourself as their primary sales advisor.




- Conduct detailed requirement discovery covering budget, location, configuration, purchase timeline, financing and family decision-makers.
- Lead project presentations, site visits, unit selection and inventory discussions.
- Build a credible comparison between the project and competing developments in the micro-market.
- Explain pricing, cost sheets, payment plans, possession timelines, RERA details and the transaction process clearly.
- Handle buyer objections related to pricing, location, developer credibility, construction status, financing and competing projects.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up with every active buyer until a transparent outcome is reached.
- Negotiate commercial terms in coordination with the developer’s authorised sales team.
