About the Role: We are seeking a Business Manager – Franchisee Network Growth (FOCO) to drive the expansion of our franchisee network. The role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding investors and financial partners who will fund EV fleets under a Franchise Owned, Company Operated (FOCO) model where our client manages end-to-end operations.



The ideal candidate will have dedicated experience pitching FOCO/asset-light investment opportunities, financial channel sales, or dealer network expansion—preferably in the automobile, EV, or wealth/asset management space—backed by robust financial and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:
- Drive franchisee network expansion by identifying and onboarding investors under the FOCO framework across target markets.
- Present and explain the FOCO franchisee business model to prospective investors and HNIs, highlighting hands-off asset ownership managed by the company.
- Build and manage a pipeline of franchisee prospects through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct business presentations and meetings with potential franchise partners.
- Explain investment structure, ROI, revenue potential, and operational model to prospects.
